Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is one of the longest standing law firms in Birmingham. They have multiple offices, and are looking for a Qualified Probate Solicitor to manage their own caseload in their Hall Green office in Birmingham. The ideal candidate must have the required level of qualification- as a Qualified Solicitor.
The Role:
*To undertake private client work including wills, powers of attorney, probate and estate administration
*To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
*Liaising directly with clients
*Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
*Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
*To manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision
The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will have:
*Extensive experience within probate and other private client work
*Ability to commute to office in Hall Green, Birmingham
*Ability to work independently, end to end on all files
*Qualified Solicitor
*Legal Qualifications are Non-Negotiable
