Position: Plumber
Location: Petersfield
Salary: £36,900 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
About the role:
Randstad is working with a leading provider of housing repairs and maintenance services, dedicated to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of their residents. They pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and are seeking a skilled Plumber (unvented) to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing units.
*Repair, and maintain unvented hot water systems.
*Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults in a timely and efficient manner.
*Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
*Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their plumbing needs and concerns.
*Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to deliver seamless service.
Requirements:
*NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
*G3 Certification for unvented hot water systems.
*Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs, preferably within social housing.
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Full UK driving licence.
