Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or Outreach Worker looking for a rewarding role? We’re seeking a dedicated 1:1 TA to support a challenging early years boy in a full-time school position in Hucknall (NG15).
The Role: ? 1:1 support for a challenging early years student
? Managing challenging behaviors with patience and resilience
? Working Monday - Friday in a supportive school environment
? Enhanced salary available due to the nature of the role
What We’re Looking For: ?? Experience in 1:1 support, SEN, challenging behavior, support work, or outreach
?? A calm, proactive, and compassionate approach
?? Ability to build strong relationships and implement tailored support strategies
