We have met and placed four employees with my client, a chartered independent financial planning firm with offices close to Leatherhead. For HNW retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners in Sussex, Kent, and London, they provide comprehensive financial assistance. They currently oversee the affairs of two hundred families. They offer guidance on retirement planning, investments, tax planning, cash flow modelling, pensions, and safeguards. Their relationship has been going on for twenty years.
The company has received multiple accolades, is actively involved in the neighbourhood, and supports a wide range of charity initiatives. They have a very high retention rate because they prioritise providing outstanding customer service. The support staff is made up of seasoned administrators and paraplanners who are actively encouraged to advance and grow as individuals and professionals through industry tests and continuing professional development. Additionally, the company employs committed operations specialists who make sure everything runs smoothly.
