Pay: £13.50 PAYE inc.
working Hours: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties: *Managing the airlock for service users, visitors, and staff
Administrative Support:
*Organising clinics, meetings, and appointments.
*Maintaining and updating patient records, including filing and scanning.
*Word processing various types of correspondence, reports, and summaries as required.
Minute Taking:
*Preparing agendas and recording minutes for meetings.
Diary Management:
*Efficiently managing staff diaries and schedules.
Data Input:
*Inputting and updating service user and team activity information in computerised systems.
*Creating service user notes when necessary.
Liaison:
*Proactively contacting internal and external teams for service user information.
General Requests:
