Luxury Eyewear Sales Assistant/Optician
40k + commission
Marylebone
Store open Monday-Sunday, role is 5 days a week

Role Overview:
The primary goal is to elevate client experiences, offering them an escape from the ordinary and introducing them to the distinctive world of the brand. You must exude confidence and expertise, guiding clients to meet their medical needs with intentionality. Through exceptional client storytelling and service delivery, you will ensure that every client departs our Galleries awestruck and eager to return, having established a trusted relationship with us.
Key Responsibilities:
*Achieve sales targets by consistently delivering an exceptional client experience.
*Engage clients through storytelling to immerse them in our brand’s unique narrative.
*Go above and beyond to provide outstanding service, adhering to policies and procedures.
*Ensure optical excellence by managing orders, maintaining precise measurements, and expertly fitting eyewear.
*Assist clients in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their prescriptions.
*Perform accurate repairs and adjustments for eyewear.
Team Development & Training:
*Elevate the optical expertise of the Gallery team through consistent training and support.
*Drive optical sales performance and meet benchmarks.
Client Experience:
*Meet individual sales targets and maintain a strong client base with scheduled appointments.
*Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
Key Requirements:
*Experience in lens mounting, edging, and optionally, buffing and polishing.
*Experience in an optician role.
*Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
*Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively across departments.
*Highly motivated with a strong passion for the brand.
*Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication and listening
