Finance Business Partner £50-55,000
Resourcery Group are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a market leading client near Preston. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing Preston based business operating within the FMCG sector. This role will support the Finance Director and allow an ambitious accountant to join a high performing team. The successful candidate will work with operations teams to drive business performance in what is a commercial and forward looking role. Main duties
*Prepare management reports, financial statements, and forecasts
*Develop and maintain the integrated financial reporting model
*Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve cost efficiency
*Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts
*Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide insights
*Analysing financial data and preparing management reports
*Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements
Candidate profile
*CIMA/ACCA Qualified/finalist
*Previous management accounts or commercial accounting experience
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Excellent communication skills
