Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and brand reputation? We’re looking for a Communications and Social Media Manager to lead and execute a dynamic social media strategy that enhances reputation, builds engagement, and supports business objectives for a large veterinarian brand.
About the Role As a key part of the Corporate Affairs team, you will:
? Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
? Create engaging content that enhances brand storytelling and credibility.
? Manage and support a network of social media champions across multiple sites.
? Oversee social media agency partners and drive continuous improvement.
? Manage 80 accounts social media
? Provide expert social media counsel and support for business changes.
? Analyse performance metrics and report on key insights.
About You We’re looking for someone who is:
? A social media expert with experience in content creation, planning, and engagement.
? Skilled in building relationships and providing strategic guidance.
? Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
? Proficient in social media analytics to drive performance improvements.
? Confident using tools such as Adobe Suite and Hootsuite (or similar).
? Experience in a multi-brand or multi-site organisation is beneficial.
