Job Description:
HR Advisor required to join a growing and established organisation. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm. The annual salary will be £37,000. There may be some negotiation on this depending on experience.
This is a HR generalist role, working within a small team, and a team player is crucial. All of the HR team, irrelevant of job title are trained to cover payroll and work together to ensure a proactive approach to HR.
A candidate with 2-3 years HR experience, and Level 5 CIPD qualification is ideal. A confident communicator is vital due to the nature of the business, and the variety of stakeholders. A candidate with excellent data utilising a HR system experience is essential.
Duties:
*Support the recruitment process
*Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes
*Maintain up-to-date employee records
*Ensure employee data is processed and retained
*Utilise systems and tools to support employee engagement
*Provide adhoc reports, data, and insights to HR Manager
*Proactively manage absence across the company and liaise with managers to support proactive management of absence and wellbeing
*Provide guidance to managers on attendance, policies, and procedures
*Oversee HR inbox and respond to employee and third-party queries
*Support initiatives related to health, safety, and employee wellbeing
*Manage right-to-work expiration alerts and escalate issues as needed
*Maintain and update HR systems
*Work closely with the Payroll Officer to ensure accurate processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
*Proactively manage training needs across the business

Experience required:
*2-3 years HR experience, ideally at HR Advisor level
*Level 5 CIPD qualification is desirable
*Construction industry experience is desirable
