Job Description:
My client is one of the UK’s leading energy suppliers, winning awards annually. Due to the growth of the business there is a requirement for an Account Manager.
Reporting to the Team Leader to duties of this role will include:
*Production of sales quotations and paperwork
*Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to our TPI’s
*Achieve a personal new business and retention target set on a monthly basis
*Support the launch of new products or services through effective internal and external communication
*Develop strong relationships and act as primary liaison with TPIs and customers where required
*Upsell products and services
*Support back-office in providing aftersales support and customer care
*Various standard and ad-hoc reporting
*Attend off-site client meetings when required
The right candidate will be:
*Self-motivated
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Good arithmetic skills
*Computer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good at working as part of a team and individually
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
This role offers an excellent commission structure that allows you to earn over 2 times your salary as well as other benefits including free parking, free breakfast and an on site gym.
