From this continued success they are now looking to recruit a Sales Support / Vendor Executive to allow them to continue their exciting growth plans.

As a Sales Support Executive in their vendor channel, you will be engaging with their vendor partners and occasionally customers, processing financial agreements and supporting documents, delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensure deals are administered ’right first time’ to achieve SLA and Compliance standards.
Role responsibilities -
*Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendor contacts and Account Managers to foster collaboration and drive new business opportunities.
*Assist Account Managers in managing the sales pipeline by reviewing credit decisions, resolving queries, and ensuring timely processing and payment of deals.
*Verify agreement documentation, issue purchase orders, and review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
*Maintain up-to-date records of all transaction details, including calls, emails, and internal communications, to enhance transparency and visibility across the business.
*Prepare and process payout documentation in line with company service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance requirements.
*Ensure transaction files are completed accurately and communicate requirements efficiently, prioritising a ’right first time’ approach.
Key skills required -
*Customer Service Experience - IT Literate - Word, Excel, Outlook
*Previous administration experience within Financial Services Industry
*Exercise high degree of confidentiality when handing data and documentation
*Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines and SLAs
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work on own initiative, setting own priorities and working to deadlines
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
