Job Description:
A well-established company in the education supplies industry is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join its team. As a Customer service Administrator you will be processing customer orders, handling enquiries and complaints, and providing general support to the sales department.
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
*Processing orders efficiently and accurately.
*Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
*Ensuring order confirmations are sent to customers.
*Maintaining the excel spreadsheets
*Using CRM software, and Opera/Pegasus daily.
*Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally.
*Identifying and sharing customer feedback to improve products and services.
Skills & experience required:
*Education: GCSEs & A-Levels (or equivalent).
*Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and Opera/Pegasus (essential).
*Experience: At least 2 years’ experience handling customer orders via email/web.
*A motivated, dynamic, and team-oriented personality.
*Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
*Ambitious and eager to progress and develop.
