CNC Machinist & Programmer
Location:  Bristol
Position: Permanent, various / flexible shifts available
Salary: £45,000 Negotiable DOE

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join their team. If you are passionate about precision manufacturing and have a deep understanding of CNC machinery and programming, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities for CNC Programmer:
*Individually program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce aluminium parts
*Develop CNC programs from technical drawings and specifications
*Perform tool offsets and other machine adjustments to ensure proper fit and finish of parts
*Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, adjusting programs as necessary
*Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and perform routine maintenance
*Work closely with the team to ensure production timelines are met
You must:
*Be proficient in using Fusion 360 programming software
*Have worked within a similar manufacturing / engineering environment with CNC machinery
*Be able to independently programme and operate 3-axis & 5 axis CNC Hurco Mills
*Be able to read technical drawings
*Have attention to detail, and focus on accuracy
