This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment are excited to be working with one of our long standing clients on a rare opportunity for an Account Manager based at their head office in West London.
The Role..
The role offers an opportunity to join a busy account team whose purpose is to offer and continually enhance, their services.
What You’ll Be Doing..
*To develop and enhance relationships with existing Customers, while identifying opportunities for new product sales
*Manage Customer relationships, ensuring the Customer experience is positive
*Develop active and new relationships with Customers and their key decision makers
*Manage the Customer relationships, and to exceed the Customer’s expectations
*Produce and maintain account plans/ track performance of accounts
What You’ll Bring..
*Strong communication and relationship building skills
*Excellent customer service skills
*Good IT skills
*Someone from a logistics, frieght or courier background would be advantageous
