As the Human Resources Director, this position will be responsible for leadership development, training and employee relations activities as well as partnering successfully with the management team on cultural alignment.

*Responsible for day-to-day management of the HR cost centre budget
*Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
*Actively support the Region Europe leadership team in identifying changes to the organisational structure

*Line manager responsibility for direct reports

*Excellent consultation and coaching skills.
*Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
