*Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
*Actively support the Region Europe leadership team in identifying changes to the organisational structure

*Line manager responsibility for direct reports

*Bachelor degree or equivalent, in HR or other relevant areas.
*Up to date knowledge and experience of all core HR processes.
*Practical European employment law knowledge.
*Experience in working with works councils and unions.
*Experience in working internationally in an HR capacity.
*Experience in and ability to working in a complex matrix driven environment.
*Strong leadership skills.
*Excellent consultation and coaching skills.
*Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
*Budget planning and management – Able to develop & manage HR budget.
*Strong IT skills, MS Office, HR database/systems management tools.
