Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000
Shift: Monday to Friday - 3 Shifts (Early, Lates, Nights)
Location: Middlewich, Cheshire
Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join our clients team and play a key role in ensuring thesmooth operation of their high-speed production facility.
Duties of the Maintenance Engineer:
*Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
*Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
*Work on PLC-controlled systems, conveyors, motors, and automated machinery.
*Collaborate with production teams to optimise equipment performance.
*Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health & safety regulations.
Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:
*Level 3 qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
*Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
*Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
*Knowledge of PLC fault-finding (Siemens/Allen Bradley desirable).
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
