As a Business Processor, you’ll:

*Review applications to ensure all necessary paperwork is complete.
*Organise client information to facilitate smooth loan processing.
*Check loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
*Conduct detailed affordability assessments.
*Request credit checks and issue loan agreements.
*Handle enquiries from applicants and lenders.
*Draft case rationales for investors and senior management.
*Complete AML checks and maintain accurate account records.
*Work to deadlines for paperwork submissions.
