This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to play a key role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the effective management of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all departments.
*Manage and oversee financial reporting, cash flow, and P&L analysis.
*Act as the primary contact for external audits and ensure compliance.
*Develop KPIs to monitor business performance and contribute to financial strategy.
*Provide financial leadership for associated foundations and subsidiaries.
*Collaborate with department heads on cost-saving strategies and pricing models
*Support new business projects with financial planning and risk assessment.
*Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
*Act as a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to overall business strategy.
Experience and Requirements:
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
*Strong financial leadership experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
*High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
*IT and financial systems proficiency with a proactive approach to technology adoption.
*Experience in commercial decision-making and cost management strategies.
