Job Title: Senior Healthcare Assistant (Nights)
Location: Northampton (NN3)
Salary: £13.60 per hour (rising to £14.51 in April)
Hours: 42 hours per week (alternating between 3 and 4 shifts per week)
Shifts: Nights
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Northampton (NN3). This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about providing excellent care during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities: *Lead and support the night care team, ensuring the highest standards of care.
*Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
*Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and emotional well-being.
*Oversee care plans, ensuring they reflect residents’ evolving needs.
What We’re Looking For: *NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 preferred).
*Strong experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant, with the ability to lead shifts effectively.
*Excellent communication and team management skills.
