For the successful Design Manager our client is offering:
*Starting salary of £60,000 to £70,000 per annum
*Days role 
*Permanent contract

The Role -Design Manager
*To manage design consultant activities and deliverables to ensure they are completed in line with the agreed programme.
*Management of the cost and review of consultant’s submissions with the ultimate aim of providing the Client with the highest quality submission 
*Manage the process, resolution, and communication of all design queries as part of the project.
*Produce monthly reports on design progress and any other design-specific elements
*Manage and chair all design interface meetings with external parties.
*Review all design deliverables and ensure that they are completed to the expected standard. Challenge and resolve when not
What our client is looking for in a Design Manager
*Degree qualified or HND/C with substantial design management experience - ESSENTIAL 
*Chartered Engineer (CEng) qualification - DESIRABLE 
*Will have both substantial construction and design experience
*A high level of technical knowledge of the complete construction procurement and delivery process - ESSENTIAL
