Job Description:
Senior Associate Audit £40k - £45k
Hybrid Working - 3 Days in Manchester Office + Flex Hours
Liberty Towers are partnered with a Global Leading audit, tax, advisory, and consulting firm known for its global reach and local expertise. The ideal candidate is a recently qualified Auditor looking to further develop their career in a supportive, innovative, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
*Acting as the first point of contact for clients.
*Planning, executing, and finalising audit assignments for managerial or partner review.
*Identifying areas of risk and proposing solutions to mitigate them.
*Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
*Delivering Audit Findings Reports and recommending business process improvements.
*Managing progress against budgets and liaising with teams to ensure timely completion of work.
*This role provides a clear path for progression, offering the chance to take on more responsibilities and develop your expertise further.
Experience and Qualifications:
*ACA/ACCA/CA qualification is essential.
*Strong auditing experience and familiarity with different accounting standards.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*Passionate about personal development and career growth.

*Provide and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
*Support junior team members in developing their skills and confidence.
