About the Mortgage Broker Role
As a Mortgage Broker, you will be at the forefront of structuring tailored mortgage solutions for HNW clients. Whether you’re an experienced broker or a residential adviser eager to break into the high-end market, this role offers unmatched earning potential and career growth. Key Responsibilities:
*Advising HNW individuals, property investors, and developers on bespoke residential and portfolio mortgage solutions.
*Managing a portfolio of clients, structuring complex deals for transactions typically averaging £1m+.
*Cultivating strong relationships with private banks, specialist lenders, and financial institutions.
*Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient deal execution.
*Representing the company at industry events and client meetings across the UK.
*Proactively identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing client relationships to drive revenue.
The Mortgage Broker Package:
*Self-Employed Brokers: Generous retainer (£2k-£6k per month) plus a lucrative commission structure
*For Employed Brokers: Competitive base salary with performance-driven commission.
*Hybrid Working: Office Based in Chester
*Leads Provided: Enjoy a steady stream of high-quality leads, with the option to bring your own client book.
*Full Administrative Support: Focus on closing deals while the back-office team handles the paperwork.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Proven experience in residential or portfolio BTL mortgage brokering for HNW clients OR strong residential lending experience with a keen interest in transitioning to HNW private client finance.
*Demonstrable success in structuring tailored mortgage solutions for affluent clients and property investors.
*Existing relationships with lenders, private banks, or HNW individuals (desirable but not essential).
*Exceptional business development skills and a proactive approach to generating new opportunities.
*Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events within the UK.
