Your new role
A very varied and challenging role responsible for all aspects of client servicing and support to Financial Planners and their clients, overseeing all aspects of operational support including supervising a small team. Key responsibilities include being a key point of contact for clients for any enquiries and queries, assisting clients with managing their investments including product and investment analysis, dealing with post review administration, assisting the paraplanning team as required,

What you’ll need to succeed
The role requires significant experience of working within financial services in client support / operations management together with good knowledge of financial planning including pensions, investments, tax planning and life assurance, strong client relationship skills, excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism.
