Job Description:
Immediate start. Experienced Office Manager, PA required to join our established client in what will initially be a 2-3 month temporary contract, with potential to move to a permanent position working on an exciting project for up to 5 years. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, the role is fully on site, and flexibility is essential to start earlier when required. Salary is up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be well presented, possess a positive, self-motivated attitude, with exceptional organisational skills, experienced in arranging travel, and with a high level of confidentiality. Experience dealing with site construction teams are desirable.
Duties:
*Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative tasks
*Assist with on-boarding new staff
*Assist team with calendar management and expenses
*Provide PA support, arranging travel, meetings and appointments
*Supervision of office administrative staff, including reception
*Port of call for client requests
*Set up board meetings
*Administer the management of the team holiday records
*Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
*Ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time
*Maintain all office supplies

Experience required:
*Previous office management, PA experience
*Exceptional organisational skills
*Construction industry experience is beneficial

*Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
*PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
