What you will do:
*Administer a range of chemotherapy treatments as outlined in patients’ care plans, ensuring high standards of professional practice.
*Deliver patient-focused care, building long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and other stakeholders.
*Accurately document clinical data and report any adverse drug events using the correct protocols.
*Stay updated with current clinical knowledge and address any gaps in clinical competency.
* Travel within the regional area, providing vital home care services, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Skills you need to apply:
Be a registered general nurse with experience in administering Cytotoxic drugs and performing clinical assessments.
 Skilled in cannulation and dedicated to maintaining high clinical standards.
