Job Advert - Community Paediatric Nurse
Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Community Paediatric Nurse to join an NHS team in Droitwich, Worcestershire on a temporary agency contract.
Role Details: *Location: Droitwich, Worcestershire
*Contract Type: Temporary (agency contract)
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
*Pay Rate: £26.50 Ltd per hour (paid via umbrella)
Key Responsibilities: *Managing the Safe Waiting List to ensure appropriate care for children and young people.
*Providing specialist nursing support to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
*Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
*Assessing, planning, and implementing care plans for children with complex health needs.
Candidate Requirements: *Registered Nurse (Paediatric or RGN with relevant experience).
*Experience working with Children and Young People with SEND.
*Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
