Package: £30,000 - £40,000, plus competitive bonus and excellent benefits package with hybrid working
My client based in St Albans is a well-established independent firm of Financial Advisers, who have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of non-jargon-based advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages, and Protections to clients across Hertfordshire. Having worked closely with this firm for over 6 years, we have seen them grow organically and have placed a number of people with them, who have thrived under their support and management. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a proactive Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to enhance their client outreach and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead Generation: *Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
*Manage and optimise digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
*Identify new opportunities through research, industry events, and partnerships.
*Content & Digital Marketing: *Create and manage engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and newsletters.
*Collaborate with financial advisers to produce educational and promotional materials.
*Oversee SEO and website performance to improve visibility and engagement.
*CRM & Database Management: *Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information.
*Segment and nurture leads through automated email campaigns and follow-ups.
*Analytics & Reporting: *Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
*Present regular reports on lead generation and marketing ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
*Experience in marketing, lead generation, or business development (ideally within financial services or a regulated industry).
*Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.).
*Strong writing and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
