Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator who is proficient in using Hibob, and has a genuine passion for contributing to a collaborative and efficient Human Resources department within the FMCG industry.

Description
*Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
*Maintain up-to-date records in Hibob HR system.
*Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding of new staff.
*Participate in HR projects as required.
*Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries.
*Assist with maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
*Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
*Provide clerical support to the HR department.
Profile
A successful ’HR Administrator’ should have:
*A strong working knowledge of HR systems.
*Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
*A proactive approach to work, with a team player mindset.
Job Offer
*An estimated salary range of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum.
