Page Group are working with an industry leading Engineering & Manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Manager at their offices in Doncaster. This role will manage and lead an internal service department, with responsibility for managing and planning engineer diaries
Description
*Lead the internal customer service function delivering technical quotations to customers
*Responsibility for planning and managing engineer diaries and workloads based of customer needs
*Proactively plan installation and servicing in line with customer contractual agreements
*Arrange and manage customer repairs and breakdowns in line with varying customer agreements
*Use and manage all available resources to meet customer requirements in line with contractual agreements
*Drive efficiency and profitability around engineer workload including first time fix
*Manage customer order book liaising with manufacturing and purchasing, checking the progress of customer orders and keeping them informed
Profile
*Experience in a similar service management or customer service management role
*Experience in an engineering focused environments
*Experience working with or managing engineers
*Excellent customer focused approach
*Ability to managing varying customer contracts
