NHS- HCA Healthcare Assistant St George’s Park, Morpeth(CNTW)
Urgent Hiring: Join Our Team! Randstad is actively seeking highly motivated Healthcare Assistants to join the Acute Mental Health Service (AMHS) at St George’s Park. This is a high-priority role, and we aim to expedite the hiring process for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality, patient-focused care; assisting nurses and the multidisciplinary team; accurate record-keeping; prompting medication (as directed); maintaining professional conduct in line with Trust policies.
Essential Qualifications & Experience: *GCSEs (minimum 5 A-E grades, including Maths and English)
*NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
*Proven experience working with individuals experiencing mental illness
*Knowledge of mental health issues and interventions
*Demonstrable compassion and commitment to care
Desirable Qualifications & Experience: *Care Certificate
*Min of 6 months of NHS or Private Hosipital experience as a mental health support worker
