Description
B2B Customer Service Agent, Marlow:
*All areas of B2B - Business to business customer service
*Working in a fast paced environment and liaising with customers, warehouse and 3PL
*Good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience of Salesforce and/or SAP
*Act as a key contact for business customers, handling enquiries and providing expert support.
*Process and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
*Work closely with sales teams to support client relationships and business growth.
*Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to track shipments and resolve issues.
*Maintain accurate customer records within internal systems.
*Handle warranty claims, returns, and after-sales support efficiently.
*Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall experience.
*Contribute to departmental goals, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Profile
B2B Customer Service Agent, Marlow:
*Experience in a B2B customer service or account management role.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
