QUANTITATIVE ANALYST

THE COMPANY
This business is a fast-paced company in the investment space. They are known as market leaders and have been profitable for a significant amount of time. This is an exciting opportunity to join them as part of a scale-up project to really influence projects and performance.
THE ROLE
*Collaborate with teams to gather and understand business requirements for impactful data analysis
*Develop, test, and refine actuarial and data science models to enhance decision-making
*Use Python to replicate and optimise business processes, driving efficiency and innovation
*Contribute to actuarial valuation processes and collaborate on continuous model improvements
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Essential to have good experience using Python
*Essential to have experience developing statistical and quantitative models, using Python
*Experience using Tableau, Power BI or a similar visualisation tool is essential
*Nice to have: experience within the financial services space
SALARY AND BENEFITS
*Up to £50,000 base salary
*Pension contribution scheme
*Discretionary bonus
