The Role: As an Industrial Disease/Military Claims Solicitor, you will manage a caseload of military claims, both litigated and pre-litigated, alongside industrial disease claims where appropriate. Your responsibilities will include:
*Handling complex and high-value claims against the Ministry of Defence
*Managing fast track and multi-track litigated cases, including Short Tail and Long Tail diseases
*Progressing cases efficiently while providing high-quality client care
*Ensuring cases are conducted in compliance with legal procedures and best practices
The Ideal Candidate: *A minimum of 3 years’ experience
*Experience managing a caseload of military claims and industrial disease cases
*Strong litigation skills, with the ability to handle both fast track and multi-track cases
*Excellent knowledge of personal injury, industrial disease, and military claims law
*Strong analytical and negotiation skills
*Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
