Job Title: Night Healthcare Assistant
Location: Dartford
Salary: £11.51 - £14.51 per hour
Hours: 8pm - 8am (Night shifts)
Home Size: 30 beds
We are looking for an experienced Night Healthcare Assistant to join our team at a 30-bed care home in Dartford. This role is ideal for a compassionate and dedicated professional who is committed to delivering high-quality care during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities: *Provide personal care and support to residents throughout the night.
*Monitor residents’ well-being and respond to any needs promptly.
*Assist with mobility, repositioning, and comfort checks.
*Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the day team.
*Ensure a safe and peaceful environment for residents.
Requirements: *Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, preferably in a care home setting.
*A caring and patient approach with strong communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
