Our client, one of the North West’s most reputable retail businesses seeks a Risk Manager to join their well-established and growing team.

The role

As the Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our enterprise-wide risk management strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across various business functions.

Responsibilities include:

*Risk Identification & Assessment -Lead the identification and assessment of enterprise-level risks, 
*Risk Framework - Develop and implement risk framework across the group
*Risk Monitoring & Reporting - Regularly monitor risk factors and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies. Report on risk exposures to senior leadership and stakeholders.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration - collaborate with various departments to assess and mitigate risks, ensuring all teams are aligned on risk management priorities.
*Training & Awareness - Leading risk management training initiatives to ensure all employees are equipped with the knowledge to identify and mitigate risks in their respective areas.
*Culture - driving a risk management culture across the group
The Person

The ideal person will:
*Be an experienced enterprise risk professional with a background in the retail industry
*Hold a risk management qualification (IRM for example) or be working towards
*Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies
The Package
 
Envisaged circa £60 - £70k depending upon experience
Discretionary bonus scheme (15%)
