Job Description:
Apprenticeship Coordinator
*Location: Wiltshire
*Type: Full-time
*Reporting to: Apprenticeship Manager
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Wiltshire.
Job Purpose *Support and manage apprenticeship programs, ensuring smooth enrollment, progress, and completion.
*Act as the main contact for employers and apprentices, providing guidance and assistance.
*Ensure all apprenticeship programs meet funding, compliance, and quality standards.
Main Duties *Work with instructors to determine training costs, schedules, and course content.
*Guide apprentices and employers through the enrollment process, including funding applications.
*Promote apprenticeships by attending events, engaging with employers, and recruiting apprentices.
*Monitor apprentice progress, attendance, and performance, providing support as needed.
*Ensure accurate documentation for audits, funding compliance, and regulatory requirements.
*Address any workplace issues, complaints, or health and safety concerns.
Requirements *Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
*Must have basic qualifications in English, Math, and IT
*Experience in advising, recruiting, or managing apprenticeships is a plus.
*Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure.
*Able to start quickly
*Must have a license and car to travel when required
