Are you passionate about making a real difference in the care sector? We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team, supporting a modern, purpose-built residential care home in Norwich.
This home provides both short-term and full-time care, specialising in dementia care and support. It is committed to person-centred care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and individuality.
About the Care Home:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
*Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
*Providing emotional support and companionship to residents Helping with mobility and ensuring safety at all times
*Supporting residents with mealtime preparation and feeding, when needed
*Encouraging independence and dignity, ensuring a high standard of care
*Collaborating with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
What We’re Looking For:
* A caring and compassionate nature – a genuine passion for helping others
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – ability to connect with residents and colleagues
* Team player – able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* A minimum of 6 months UK experience
* Right to work in the UK
