Job Description:
**Due to the location of the office - you must be able to drive/have access to own car to be considered**
Our client, an Accountancy Firm are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their family, friendly team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, and maintaining an efficient office environment along with dealing with some Reception duties. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and excellent communication skills to handle phone etiquette and interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
Office Duties (but not limited to):
*Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
*Offering refreshments when clients are in for meetings
*Greeting clients in reception
*Provide clerical support such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence
*Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
*Booking in clients paperwork
*Booking used paperwork on an excel spreadsheet and taking over to storage unit
*Sending out limited company accounts and sole trader accounts
*Composing and sending out invoices for accounting services
*Setting up new client files and sending out relevant documents to clients
*Completing aml checks
*Setting up limited companies on companies house
*Registering individuals as self employed with HMRC filing
*Composing letters using word
Experience
*Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position (Finance/Accounts ideally)
*Front of House, Reception or similar experience
*Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is a must
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
*A professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive office atmosphere.
