Senior Night Care Assistant - Residential Care Home, Bingley
Location: Bingley
Hours: 24 hours per week (2 shifts over 7 days, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour (rising to £14.35 per hour from 1st April 2025)

About the Role As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents throughout the night. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of care and well-being are maintained.
Key Responsibilities: ? Providing high-quality person-centred care to elderly residents
? Supervising and supporting night care staff to ensure smooth running of the shift
? Administering medication and maintaining accurate care records
? Assisting with residents’ personal care and mobility needs
? Responding promptly to residents’ needs, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times
? Following care plans and working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals
What We’re Looking For: *Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant or similar role
*NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
*Experience in elderly care and a passion for making a difference
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
