Our client has a vacancy for a Legal Team Assistant to join their Residential Property team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as Team Assistant, Secretary or Administrator and are looking to strengthen your knowledge and experience further, this role could be exactly what you’re looking for!
What will your responsibilities be?
• Meeting and greeting clients and handling telephone discussions
• Taking new enquiries from prospective clients
• Dealing with the financial management and administration aspects of client matters
• Keeping fee earners up to date on the progress of tasks
• Managing diaries and inboxes
• Managing electronic documents sent to and from external parties
Does your previous experience include:
• Experience working within a Residential Property Team
• A good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office

• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
• Great time management skills
• Self-motivated, outgoing and proactive
• Calm under pressure
