Duties
*Organise budgets for Retail, Marketing, and Buying, tracking all incoming and outgoing transactions.
*Maintain accurate financial records, including receipts, bank statements, and credit forms.
*Reconcile cash transactions and align with bank statements.
*Conduct weekly reconciliations and prepare and submit VAT returns.
*Generate weekly retail sales reports for management.
Requirements
*Minimum 7 years of bookkeeping experience.
*Strong experience using Xero and QuickBooks (essential).
*Prior experience in retail, marketing, or buying bookkeeping is highly desirable.
*Bookkeeping certifications (AAT, ICB, or ACCA) are desirable.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
