Key Responsibilities of the NDEA position:
*Carry out energy assessments for non-domestic properties, including offices, industrial buildings, and retail spaces.
*Generate detailed Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and provide recommendations for energy efficiency upgrades.
*Evaluate heating, lighting, ventilation systems, and building fabric to produce accurate energy ratings.
*Offer expert advice on energy-saving strategies and help clients meet regulatory requirements.
To be considered for this NDEA role, you should:
*Hold a valid Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) certification.
*Have hands-on experience in energy assessment and the non-domestic property sector.
*Be well-versed in the latest energy efficiency regulations and standards.
*Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
*Hold a full UK driving license.
*Be based in or around Manchester, with a willingness to travel.
