Residential Conveyancer - New Build
Salary: Up to £55,000
Location: Trowbridge (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEx/Licensed Conveyancer looking to join a reputable law firm in Trowbridge? If so, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEx/Licensed Conveyancer, you will:
*Manage your own caseload, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including those in the new build sector.
*Deliver high-quality service to clients, agents, and referrers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
*Work independently while also being part of a dynamic, supportive team.
*Maintain a strong understanding of Land Registry processes and compliance requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need:
*A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience as a Solicitor, CILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer.
*Proven expertise in residential property transactions, with an interest or experience in new build property.
*Excellent communication and client care skills, confident in engaging with clients and external stakeholders.
*Strong organisational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
*A proactive, friendly, and collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
