Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to a student with complex behavioural needs.
* Implement strategies to manage behaviour effectively and encourage positive outcomes.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor and record the student’s progress, reporting to relevant staff members.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with behavioural challenges.
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
* Relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs (desirable).
