This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a growing, reputable practice based in Eastbourne.   The Role: As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with a widely respected Senior Equity Partner, contribute to a high-achieving corporate/commercial team and mentor a couple of Junior Solicitors. Your expertise will be crucial in handling multi-million-pound transactions, including: *Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
*Corporate Restructuring
*Corporate Refinancing
  About You: The ideal candidate will have: *Approximately 9 years PQE
*Experience managing complex, high-value transactions
*Strong technical knowledge in corporate/commercial law
  What’s on Offer: *Competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience
