Job Description:
Our Risk Management Group is dedicated to identifying, assessing, and managing risks across Macquarie. As part of our London-based team, you’ll support our efforts to maintain a robust risk management framework, ensuring our operations are secure and compliant.

What role will you play?
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to three Executive Directors in London, manage a team of two Executive Assistants, and oversee administrative and office management responsibilities. Your role will involve managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and delivering strategic initiatives and management reporting. You will also act as the primary point of contact between the Executive Directors and internal/external stakeholders.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
