Our client, one of the UK’s fastest growing and dynamic Consumer Credit firms seeks a Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team.

The Role
Reports directly to a highly reputable and inspirating the Head of Compliance Monitoring, deliverables will include:
  
*Supporting the build of the compliance monitoring framework and function
*Leading continuous improvement activity on the monitoring methodology
*Leading second line assurance reviews in accordance with annual plan
*Taking responsibility for the full cycle of compliance monitoring
*Mentoring and developing a small team of compliance monitoring managers
  
The Person
The ideal person for this role will:
  
*Have a consumer credit background and knowledge of CONC regulations
*Have circa 5- 7 years experience of compliance monitoring experience
*Be a Monitoring Manager stepping up in to a senior role, or already be at senior level
  
The Package
  
*Up to £85K, plus bonus
*20% Bonus
