*Supporting students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
*Helping students manage their behaviour
*Helping students gain a better understanding of their emotions
*Encouraging and promoting student engagement in learning activities

As a Youth support worker you will need:
*Experience of supporting children/young people with SEMH
*Strong behaviour management skills
*To be open-minded and have a positive and supportive approach
*Excellent communication skills
*Must have legal right to work in the UK
