OVERVIEW:
•The firm are seeking a legal assistant with experience working in a commercial property department
•You will provide administrative support to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively
•Responsibilities include preparing quotes, emails, attendance notes, documents, faxes, and forms, while utilising the firm’s Case Management System
•The appointed candidate will have gained a minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role
•Excellent written & verbal communication skill
•You will be expected to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload
