Job Description:
Director of Facilities
International law firm is seeking a Facilities Director to join their thriving Facilities department in London on a permanent basis.
*Generous Salary
*9.30am to 5.30pm

Director of Facilities Responsibilities:
*Overseeing the management of the firm’s premises and facilities inc. lease obligations, space efficiency, cost management, and office relocations.
*Overseas travel to the firms international offices to negotiate office renewals and source new office locations.
*Strong understanding of both Real Estate Management & Procurement and Facilities Management.
*Collaborating with the CFO and local partners to develop tailored premises strategies.
*Manage a £17m budget for the London office.
*Lead a team of 26 employees.
*Overseeing both in-house and outsourced facilities service inc. catering, security, cleaning, and mechanical and electrical services.
Director of Facilities Requirements:
*Facilities Director experience gained from a law firm or professional services environment.
*Knowledge of Real Estate Management.
*People management experience.
*Comfortable with regular overseas travel.
*Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work.
*Relevant facilities management qualifications.
